SMR Consolidated maintains rigorous quality control procedures at every level of our operations. The company’s process controlling, research & development and microbiology laboratories conduct all the tests in international standards. The team in charge of quality assurance and quality control is highly qualified and experienced. The department also ensures that continuous training and assessments are regularly conducted in compliance with international standards and certifications.

At SMR Consolidated, we maintain the highest international standards to ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of our products. Our certifications include globally recognised food safety standards such as BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP. We are also certified under leading organic standards, including EU Organic, USDA Organic, JAS Organic, KRAV Organic and Sustainability Standard, and Korean Organic. To meet diverse cultural and dietary requirements, our products comply with Star-K Kosher and Halal standards. Additionally, we are also committed to upholding ethical and fair-trade practices through our SMETA (Sedex) and Fairtrade certifications. All our products are vegan certified, reflecting our commitment to responsible and sustainable production.

The Quality Assurance department ensures food safety by inspecting the quality of incoming raw materials, packing materials and finished goods, in line with international standards. This department coordinates with external certification firms, overseeing all product and process certifications and audits on behalf of the company. The division is also responsible for performing AQL for finished shipments, ensuring that only the best quality products are delivered to our loyal clients and customers.
